Hi.

I placed an order with www.deepdiscount.com 39 days ago.

I chose the up to 20 day Shipping, anyway i`ll get straight to the point, i have sent
them several emails, and all i get back is automated notification emails, telling me
they will respond to my messages within one 1 business day, which they don`t.

I have told them i no longer want item etc, please can i have refund, i`m still waiting
for a reply.

In the UK we have Offcom and Trading Standards.

Can anyone tell me the USA equivalent of who i can contact?
