Page 1 of Anyone else had problems with Play247?

Hi folks,

I received a faulty DVD from Play247 which I sent back in November. They are now trying to send me the replacement DVD for the 3rd time as the first two have gone astray. The Post Office have no record of them ever being posted either.

This is the second time DVDs have gone astray from them now. They will always try sending them againor refund, but having to wait over a month for a DVD is no fun... They used to offer such a great service but seem to have gone downhill over the last few months...

Has anyone else had trouble with DVDs going missing from Play247?

play have improved very well from december i must say in delivery terms and customer feed back but i to have had approx 5 dvd s gone astray from play could it be a postie with a bigger dvd collection than any of us ? they allways post me replacement s but it does p*** u off they must loose loads of revenue through this all the films should be sent recorded then postie man might be iffy on half inching the goods !

I`ve used them a number of times with no problems. Things started to slow down a bit in December and haven`t really improved in the New Year.
The last couple of orders seemed to take 4-5 days just to actually get processed, then another week to actually get sent and turn up.
Just ordered some more disks from them, so have to wait and see when they arrive.

Ive ordered 6 discs in the last month, paying via debit card.., all arrived within 3 days of ordering.

Not had any problems with them myself.

I notice on the packaging that my last 247 DVD came from Holland via Germany - there may be a certain postie mit ein German accent and a very large DVD collection.

last year i ordered alot dvd`s.At one time an dvd took 1 month, while others were at my home in 5 days.Always play dit send replacements.
At one time the replacements also thitnt arrive.In the end all that they send arrived.In total is untill now no dvd lost.

It`s easy for you to say????????
