Page 1 of How long do DVDimport usually take to ship

I ordered Logans run about a week ago from DVDimport and when I look at the order status it still says pending. I was wondering how long they usually take to ship and is youre credit card charged when you place the order or when it is dispatched because i was thinking of cancelling it and ordering from somewhere else

they take the money straight away-i`ve had prince of darkness on pending for 3 months tried to cancel it several times - no reply to the e-mails - its probably deleted & it was only £7 the reason i`m not worried is because a better re-issue of the film is about to be released and they better send me that one for the old price.

keep e-mailing them & if u order from them in the future make sure its for pre-orders only as they never tell u if the item is not in stock.

hi i too ordered a movie on the 2nd feb, still says pending, when u say email them u mean logging on to my account and sending them a message under the order details bit?

I tried logging onto my account and sending them a message under order details first but got no responce.
So later i clicked onto service near the top of the home page and it tells you how to contact them by phone,fax and email so I clicked onto the email and send them a message and got this responce

Just recieved my dvd todfay. Im not going to order from dvdimport again as I dont think they would have shipped it if I hadnt emailed them
