I was on the lookout for the DVD of "Jekyll and Hyde the Musical". The usual UK sourses unsurprisingly did not carry it.
I found it on several USA sites, including www.deepdiscountdvd.com from where I ordered it on 31st January.
I have not yet received the disc, and according to their online tracking it has not been despatched. However my credit card statement shows they took the money 2nd February.
Two emails have only gained auto responses saying they hope to get back within 24 hours. I`m sending a third now (several times to see if that gets their attention)
Anyone else have dealings with these people?

I too have had the same problem,I oredered 4 twilight zone DVDs and when I recievied an e-mail it said that two of the discs were discontinued yet I for some reason still had the charge displayed for 4 discs,I emailed back asking if I could replace the two discs here was their reply

The thing is on my order status they are all still sat there with no sign of it saying theyve been shipped and it was a fair few weeks ago

Just emailed a friend in America who has called deep discount on their freefone line. They say my disc was despatched 4th Feb - despite what the online tracking says. They also say that they have received my emails and will investigate why nobody has replied.

Well, its five days since this company said they would investigate why they do not answer my emails.
Not surprisingly they have failed to respond.

To my surprise the disc was delivered today - however it was badly packaged, with the case broken and the disc scratched as it was no longer held in place in the case but rattling around with the fragments.

Deepdiscount have not replied to my email stating that the goods arrived damaged - there`s a surprise!
Has anyone ordered from this bunch of cowboys and had things go smoothly - nobody is rushing to defend them!

My twilight zone order took 3 weeks to arrive,a long time but in some cases Im not too bothered as long as they arrive if the prices are excellent i thought in this case they were,but still one of the volumes did have a broken cd `holder` I had to use a aol cd case that I got through the post.

Part of the deal any retailer has with a customer is to deliver the product in good condition, whether this involves handing it over a shop counter or posting it from the other side of the planet.
Should this not be the case then they have a responsibility to rectify the situation (something CD Wow have done very well recently). Deep Discount just ignore emails, which is not acceptable and an indication of a poor company that is not to be trusted.

It`s over two weeks since I reported goods received as being damaged and still they remain silent.
