Page 1 of DVD CONCEPT

Hi.I ordered 2 dvds from dvd concept over 4 weeks ago and the items have not arrived yet.I have phoned them on 2 seperate days and have got no reply.My e-mail to them has not been answered.Can anyone confirm if they are still trading?There web-site is still online so i presume they are.Hope somebody can clarify the situation.

While I can`t answer that question, can I just say the following:

1) I had never heard of them.
2) They seem horrendously expensive.

I`ll just ask, have you been charged for your order yet? It says on they website that they only take payment on despatch. So as long as you haven`t been charged, I wouldn`t worry too much. Couldn`t you get what you wanted via Amazon (or maybe eBay but I barely use them any more)?

I`d check to see if they have taken your money, and if so talk to your CC company. :/

ive had the same problem, ive ordered off this site loads of times in the past with no problem & its always fast delivery. but my latest order they havent sent & they havent taken any money & its been over 2 months.
