I have found this as a reliable source of anime DVDs. I have purchased 3 times with them and received the media as advertised and within a reasonable time. They do want a signature, it is delivered via USPS. Also, the prices are very reasonable and their support answered my questions promptly. They are at PlayTech-Asia.com

One is on Chunibyo Heart Throb, which is fair, the other on So I Can't Play H, which works if your idea of romantic is "Confessions of a Window Cleaner"
