Page 1 of Dvd Box Office - Cancellations Query

I have just cancelled a dvd that i had on back order (Life of Brian - Criterion) ............after weeks of waiting.

Does anyone know if they send you an e-mail confirming the cancellation ............or is it a matter of logging into your account and checking your order history?

i have cancelled 3 orders with them in the past and have only had a email once you are better of loging on and keep checking

I pre-ordered a dvd from them, then changed my mind and cancelled it. They emailed me a day later confirming the cancellation, so I would presume that they did that with all cancellations.
