Page 1 of Play.com question.

I ordered scarface off play for 7.99 at about 5pm on thursday 18th april. Play says they dispatch within 24 hours but on the status screen i still get `checking`. Please help.

To be precise they say that they USUALLY dispatch within 24 hours, and they are normally very good. Have you ordered from them before? It could be that they are having a problem with your card details or that you maybe typed in the number wrong? If it is still checking tommorow I would give them a call to chase it up.

sorry to ask again but how long does the `checking` thing usuallly stay up for?

never actually seen it myself. Being your first purchase they may actually phone the company to get confirmation of your details. They wont be posting until tommorow anyway now.
