Greedy? Seriously? You speak as if he stuck two fingers up to the country he was born and bred in, so he can go and live somewhere that allows him to pay way less tax.

lol...and another example of his amazing loyalty....leaving the team that has nurtured and honed his talent from aged 13 onwards, as soon as a bigger pay cheque is waved in his face

Just putting it out there, do you guys think the fact his current team mate is Jenson Button had anything to do with his move? I always got the impression he hated Button`s ability to be the likeable nice guy, good with the press etc etc and Hamilton always came off (rightly so) as the sulky hothead who thought he had a divine right to win and nothing was ever his fault.

You might have a point there, Button is a much more likeable character. Though wasn`t it Button earlier in the season who was struggling to keep up with Hamilton`s race pace in effectively the same car?

I suspect Hamilton is the better raw driver, but Button is more adept at dealing with things like managing car setup and working with the engineers. Whatever Hamilton does with his team, seems to work for qualifying but if he can`t get clear air at the race itself he seems to struggle.
