well first let me say I am a huge Taylor fan, I think he's the best Scottish fighter of all time, he's the only British fighter who is the undefeated undisputed and ring magazine belt holder and. has beaten everyone to get where he is, I think he is the best British boxer currently with skill, toughness, great chin, body shots that are brutal. He went through the super series and beat everyone, beat the best undefeated and world champions and I have made a shed load betting him and encouraged others too as I honestly couldn't see any way they could beat him, tonights fight he was 1/12 so not backable Catterall was 7/1

Now just watched him against Jack Catterall mandatory challenger and its an absolute disgrace, Catterall beat Taylor by at least 4 points, I gave Taylor  the second round and he lost the other 5 of the opening half and he could have lost the second too, 2nd half I gave him 7,8,10 and 12 and he had a 10-8 round when he got knocked down.

I love boxing, only football beats it but this kills the sport, lets be under no illusion its cheating pure and simple, at no point was Taylor in control of the fight and his post fight interview did him no favours and his opponents trainer was 100% right is his interview and I will post it here if it hits. Now something has to be done and the 2 judges who scored it for Taylor and the other who had him losing by 1 point need sacking

Well what a shame Taylor didn’t seem to learn anything from the last fight because this was just a continuation of his slow lethargic woeful performance except teo is a much better fighter than catterill and destroyed him, having said that the scoring agai baffles me 2 had 115 113 the other judge a much more reasonable 117 111, I gave him 1st round and 10th the rest Lopez just owned him, he was tough lesser boxers wouldn’t have lasted, on the plus side I was able to turn channels to catch the GOAT amanda nunez do what she does then retire with class grace and honour, shame Taylor didn’t do that after catterill fight
