few sloppy mistakes France didn't punish us for, which surprised me, but Bellingham and Saka, the future is bright.

I won't argue there! I just didn't think we had any real creativity in the midfield and haven't since Southgate took over. :/

So 1st off, just for transparency Vive Le France, now re the game, all through the tourney iv said on the whole the refs have been good, VAR awful but his was far and away the worst referee I have seen so far,

I thought Saka was immense every time he had a go he caused absolute panic for the French right back and have to say was surprised he went off, Walker did well against Mbappe but wasn't able to offer anything going forward for fear of the pace he offered, now apart from those two I didn't think any of the English players stood out and I honestly think if England had a proper penalty box striker you would have won the whole thing but Bellinghams shot aside I feel like you could have played to the next World Cup and not scored from open play, and the main problem I think is Southgate.

I always feel he is far too defensively minded, I mean leaving Rashford out was a stunning omission for me, but while England were better in second half I though France over 100 minutes were the better side and deserved to win

Probably right.
We felt a bit like Arsenal before we got Jesus. Even though he's as much of an enabler as a scorer.

Once France decided to start, wow, what a game.  They looked like winning it then credit to the Argies for coming back into it and tsking the lead again - and then France again for equalising again.  What a late save too - cup winning really.

Nice to see Martinez saving shots, he was pretty good at Arsenal and a real nice guy.
