how much heavier is yours than a proper bike? ;)

my adult mtb is old, all aluminium, no shocks, so really light, lighter than the girls' bikes which are alu frame but front shocks.(admittedly their bikes are halfords own, mine's a Giant)

a few years ago at Butlins, there was an extreme sports display, and one of the riders had an electric motocross trials bike, worked well on the small stage 'cos of the insanely fast acceleration it had

just looked at the price, ouch! But to be fair their normal bikes are clearly aimed at enthusiasts rather then "Sunday riders"

Great video that, was going to watch 30s....
He was pretty, pretty good.
That power and acceleration just feels like cheating 😂
I have a Whyte bike too - wasn't as expensive as that though! 😂

I don't know but I'm going to go with... a noticeable fair bit. But then I can't really lift a normal mountain bike easily so at that point who is counting.

What I do know is I love cycling but I hate hills, and an ebike makes hills fun, so I love the whole experience (apart from the falling off).
