Page 1 of Eastbound and Down - anyone watching this?

Anyone waching this new comedy from HBO? Absolutely brilliant. One of the funniest shows on TV at the minute - edgy as you would expect from HBO, and really funny with it.

Stars Danny McBride and all episodes so far have been directed by David Gordon Green (Pineapple Express) and produced by Will Ferrell. Highly recommended!

Just watched the first 4 episodes freaking brilliant.

Woo - another fan! Episode 5 was on last night by the way, though I`ve not watched it yet. Episode 4 was a blinder though - loved it.

It`s on HBO Ste, and broadcast on Monday nights I believe. You can get all the episodes on Demonoid apparently. ;)

Just finished watching the first episode.
Got to say I didn`t think it was fantastic. There were bits of it that made me laugh, but didn`t think it was phenomenal.

I`ll watch the other 5 episodes though - as I think it has potential.

It does get better. I think the first episode just establishes the characters and the situation. By the latest episode you`ll have really warmed to the characters, I`m sure. Episode 4 is probably my favourite so far.

They are actually only making 6 episodes of the first season, which probably explains why it has a top director at its helm.
