I wondered why they kept showing that kid wondering around. I seem to remember the gun he used got there somehow via SAMCRO? Sure it appeared in the recap when Jax agreed to give those guys some guns they had lying around?

Episode 4...

SPOILER:
Well Otto finally dies, and goes out in a small blaze of glory. I thought he'd kill himself before that ex-trooper saw him. Smart way to get himself killed though. :)

Thought the ex-trooper storyline would have gone on a lot longer tbh, not that I was enjoying it, just thought it was going to be a major part of the story arch for season 6.

Feel sorry for those former prospects, though they never really seemed to think for themselves.

Glad Tig is alive still, he's such a great character.

I guess maybe Munser won't leave now? Hardly any of them left!

To be honest, I wish this was the final season.

Not been loving this season and it felt like it was dragging out towards the final season, although it picked up this week.


Our main gripe now that is that it's always been an SOA thing to do a montage at the end of big episodes, but it's done it every f*cking episode this season.  We even joked, I hope they don't do one this episode this week (although it was actually the most fitting one).

Is it just us aswell, who actually don't like Jax (and Tara to a large extent). He used to annoy in the early days, but you still rooted for him, but we watch it mainly for everyone but him.  We also hate his Batman husky voice, whenever he gets to big important of meaningful reasons.

Now you say that, I kind of realise I don't actually like him much now either. I did before, I certainly did when Ope was around, but same with Tera, I've gone off them.

Maybe for me its now he isn't constantly trying to oust or kill Clay, to save his club, there isn't an obvious barometer for his morality. Not that he was ever a really nice guy or anything, just that compared to Clay he looked like the good guy. And now Clay is locked up, that's gone.

Jimmy Smitts is class though. :)

just been reading a website called warm glow on flipboard that Kurt Sutter hasn't ruled out an 8th season. He was planning to end the show with season 7.

Yeah I've read that interview and he said if he couldn't fit the story in to next season then he would definitely consider an 8th.

Think they need to finish it next season though, as at times last couple of seasons seems to be stretching it out.


I do hope that Alan Arkin comes back as Zorbel, but know that last year he couldn't come for his planned roles on Justified as was too busy directing The Americans, so hope they manage to tie him in (even if he's causing havok from a distance).

Yeah, especially the way this season is panning out. Once they are out of the gun business which Jax keeps claiming to be his aim, and the club is legit, what more can they do story wise?

Everytime I think, I can't believe Clay is going to survive this one, he somehow did. And then this week, I think he might actually be dead now. :)

Gave him a death deserving of the character I think. Closest he would get to an honourable one.
