laughed myself silly earlier
TBH it is hard to work out the "Star" of the series. Isa is absolutely hilarious, Winston/ Tam /Boaby and obviously Jack and Victor all add up to making this show one of the funniest that BBC Scotland has produced for a long time.
Hope that they make another series after the recent announcement of a stage show.

Funnier to see the live stage version that was done at Colliers before it made it to screen. (AFAIK it was first anyway)

The more I see Still Game, the more sympathy I feel for Boaby...

I like all the characters, but I get the impression that Boaby is a vulnerable character who just wants to be liked. He's a good foil for Jack & Victor and they mercilessly rip him another one each time, but I think there's much more to him than that which you see on the surface.
It's well acted in my view and Boaby has depth that you have to really pay attention to notice.

Now here's where I dunno if you just took my tongue-in-cheek joke and turned it right roon to smack me square in the face with it or if you missed my joke in the first place.
If it's the latter the term "Boaby" has alternative meaning....
I'll shurrup now..
