Need to buy a Nicam VCR, need something which is in very good condition, preferably in Silver and with all cables and remote control.

Would prefer to buy a recent model panasonic (or sony).

I have a Sanyo VCR, VHR 291E, although black.
Top specs- 4 head, Nicam, 2 scarts, auto-tracking, hi-fi connections, Videoplus.
I currently use it to get sound to my amp, when watching TV.
But am thinking of getting a digi-tv reciever, so won`t need to anymore.

Ive just got a sanyo vhr-291e and as i dont have the instructions I`m really struggling to try and retune the channels. could you help by either telling me what buttons to press or emailing me a copy of that bit of the manual
