Synopsis:
During the Qing Dynasty, Emperor Yong Zheng founded a secret assassination posse known as the "Guillotines", to vanquish anybody who dared oppose him. As time passes, Emperor Qian Long replaces the former emperor and begins to adopt Western concepts and technology, and thereby considers the "Guillotines" as expendable. In order to solidify his power under a revolutionary regime, the Emperor deploys the "Guillotines" to persecute the defeated Han Chinese, in a bloody reign of fear and injustice.
