Synopsis:
Care-home worker Ronnie Schwann has recently made the not-very-big step of moving out of the family home he shares with his mother and into the small guesthouse at the back of his mother`s house. At work, Ronnie has developed a crush on Sarah, one of the mentally retarded women in his care. Left unsupervised, Sarah goes missing but is eventually found wandering the local neighbourhood by Ronnie, who invites her back to his room where he attempts to seduce her. Unfortunately for Ronnie, his plans are interrupted by the unexpected arrival of his recently paroled ex-con brother and his low-life friends. As Ronnie struggles to keep Sarah`s presence a secret from all those around him, events spiral out of control and one fine summer`s day ends with the police investigating two deaths, a kidnapping, a sexual assault and more.
