Can someone PLEASE post a link to the firmware upgrade that is NOT on a yahoo group? And WHY oh WHY aren`t scan hosting the firmware upgrade on their own website? Is it a Scan product or not?

Good lord this took me a long time to find....

Why did I have to sign up to Yahoo to download the firmware update? It`s a Scan player - why haven`t you posted the update on the Scan website in the support area? I mean, it *is* a `Scan` DVD player isn`t it?

(Which is a hint for anyone else unfamiliar with these forums - support from Scan is available, but highly obfuscated. Try a Yahoo *GROUP* search for `2500` and you might get lucky)
