I have just done the same thing (May) dont expect any help from anyone, the job centre said i have to either wait 26 weeks to get any help or make a statement as to why i left and they will get one from my ex employers to see if i was justified to leave otherwise i get nothing for leaving a perfectly decent job.

so at the moment i dont exist, i dont pay national insurance or tax but cannot get any money to live on, thankfully i am starting work again tomorrow but no one seemed to want to help at all.

Vodafone free texts on PAYG

Silver Scren are closing down very soon so watch out for bargains at your local (if there is ever such a thing as a bargain at Silver Screen) they were about to be bought out and it fell through so they are closing all of the stores down.

Hi folks, i wanted to but Live 8 today (actually just the pink floyd/who disc) and it has 4:3FF on the back.surely in 2005 no one is stupid enugh to release it in full frame??anyone have it? and is it in widescreen?

Hi folks i have advdr100 and the hack worked well first time, however it never came up with the r2 code on screen so do it anyway and stick in a region 1 disc.

does it work on a dvdr122 does anyone know as i have friends who want to buy

If it is a "named" dvd manufacturer it ain`t gonna happen unless you chip it, stop asking.

Hi couldn`t help but overhear the shouting, anyone who has used +r/rw and has managed to record in the middle of an existing recording (or for that matter anyone with any brains) knows that dvd-ram is way way way superior to any other system available at the moment (blue ray and hddvd arent so shut up) it is easy to use offers editing to dream about and the only reason panasonic have added all formats to their machine is not because ram is dead it is called economics, why sell a machine that does one thing and lose some customers to an inferior system, cater for all markets.... can we stop fighting now kiddies ...

i have a dmre 20 and 30 both of which play dvd+r (once finalized) no problem and my pana 75 plays dvd+r and +rw with ease.

Hi i have a 20 and a 30 i always use discrite discs never had a problem apart from a small no of faulty discs as there always is
say 1 in 25. I have tried god knows how many discs and have now been using these for a year with no problems for any region recordings from a pioneer 717 (chipped) and a panasonic 75 (chipped) they are available from most pc shops or direct from the maker based in scotland (note i paid 17.00 for 25 they charge 39 delivered)

Panasonic tv signal

Hi folks so i`m stupid cos i played about but now need help.
i have two pana dvd recorders drme20 and 30 also a pioneer 717 which is chipped they obviously record r2 discs but not r1 because needs video mode defaulting but by switching between pal and ntsc input on the recorders trying to cure it they have both stuck on ntsc input even when i change with the setup menu neither will record from r2 or even from tv.
i was told by an engineer at a company today this can happen with the pana`s but did not tell me how to cure so simple question how do i cure ???

go to www.digitalbits.com/ they are quite good also the coming soon section on play haven`t heard of any new release however the australian release is dts try www.ezydvd.com.au/ very good site the aussies have a lot of dts special editions i got bttf from there no probs with ratio on mine they also had the only dts dune as well.

also a strange one, on a knights tale play the sony advert loud short and good.
