xwave lb1000 firmware

does anyone know where I might find the new firmware that seems to be out all over the net at the moment for the xwave lb900,1000 and 1010.. the new version v2.5.171 (supposidly macrovision disabled).

I`ve looked practically everywhere i can find on the net about new firmware for these boxes, and still not found anything :(

any help would be greatly appreciated,

Spirit UK, can you tell me where I might get this new firmware (if its v2.5.171 - macro disabled) that your on about??? as I have a LB1000, and dont want to have to send my player away to get it updated :/

any chance ya could point me in the right direction? :)
