Yeah I`m using an optical cable, it will play the dts and dolby digital soundtracks but the display on the htk215 says that it is only receiving a prologic signal and only highlights the left front,centre and right front speakers and S it does not seem to recognise the rear speakers.

I have this system and when I hook it up to my Playstation2 it will only output a prologic signal. It can output the dts signal when selected but the system display shows it is only using the prologic signal.

Any ideas

I cannot not get a dd5.1 signal from this system.Anytime I go to the dvd function it comes up dvd unlock and when I go in the surround sound options it says not used.Any help would be welcome.

I`m new to all this stuff so please forgive any mistakes
I`m thinking about purchasing the sony htk215 and just want to know if it is any good, if read some of the reviews which have been mostly positive but some people have complained abouta humming noise from the subwoofer .
Questions
Is it dts compatable-the information on the website says it is not,but some people in the forum say it is
Is it loud -room size is 16*12
