RE: Medion Divx/DVD player under £50

Think I might have to invest.

Damn this site.

Medion Divx/DVD player under £50

Always found Medion stuff to be excellent value for money (particularly their computers) so I`m really interested to find out how this compares to the KISS machines:
Amazon

Wonder if firmware updates are as good/frequent as similar products.

RE: 200GB Western Digital 7200 hd - 109 Quid from PC World

The one at Scan looks tasty.

Anyone out there recommend a good usb/firewire hard drive caddy? - having an external drive this big for my laptop could be extremely useful.

RE: Aldi Medion PC

Cheers mate, much appreciated.

It`s amazing how they won`t give out the numbers.

I`m sure one store somewhere still has one of these machines left. The search continues....

Aldi Medion PC

Just begining to realise what a fantastic deal this was, and I`m kicking myself for missing out...

I`ve tried a few stores in and around London but so far no joy in tracking any down, if anyone knows where there are any left please, please let me know.

RE: PC World, P4 2.8 ghz + monitor, £799.

Anyone know any Aldi`s in London that still have them in stock. I tried the Old Kent Road yesterday but had no joy.

RE: ALDI Computer @ £699

And does anyone know what the sound card is like, I thinking of getting it to do music/Cubase etc.

Does it have an ASIO driver?

Word of warning

In anticipation of getting my bargain dx700 I took the plunge and order this case for it :

http://www.kodak.com/GB/en/corp/store/catalog/Product.jhtml?PRODID=20151&CATID=20659

All I can is if say if anyone is considering the same - don`t bother.

After paying postage it came to just under £20 and having just recieved it, all I can say is it really isn`t worth it.

Feeble strap and it won`t be any good to you in rain - it just feels cheap and probably isn`t worth anymore than a couple of quid. Avoid.

While I`m here, does anyone know if there an attachment or a way of modifying the camera so you can stick on a zoom lens?

RE: Kodak digital camera worth £300 for £100 PLUS loads of accessories

Two national newspapers will deffinitely be following this up tomorrow, while Watchdog look like they`ll be covering it tonight as well.

RE: Kodak digital camera worth £300 for £100 PLUS loads of accessories

The thing is, was the site actually hacked?

If this is some kind of mistake on their part and they don`t honour orders then any firm can just use hacking as an excuse not to fulfil an order on something that`s been priced up wrong.

I`ll check this with a legal bod I know, but in order for them to cancel the order surely they`ll have to give evidence of the hacking to customers in order for them to back out.

KODAK DIGITAL CAMERA BALLS UP - Thread closed

Have spoken to someone in the know about this.

Basically if you were lucky enough to get a confirmation email from Kodak then they have to honour your order.

It`s as good as contractual.

Good luck everyone!
