These are the new models at a bargain price.
So why buy the old DVDR980 for same price ?

RE: Kodak digital camera worth £300 for £100 PLUS loads of accessories

Bugbite quotes :-
As far as I am concerned that e-mail is a contract. Read it carefully and you will find that not only does it say `Please keep this message
as your receipt of the purchase.` before it confirms what goods you have ordered, but further on where there is a link to the Terms and Conditions, it states that the e-mail is a CONTRACT. The next paragraph also starts with `YOU SHOULD ALSO BE AWARE THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT ...`.

Look at this again it says "receipt of the purchase"

It says nothing about receipt of sale
Therefore you have not been sold or bought anything at all.

RE: Kodak digital camera worth £300 for £100 PLUS loads of accessories

Let`s look at this from another direction..............

If someone hacks into you bank account and steals £329-00 are you going to let that person keep the cash and get away with it ?????

Well this Kodak fiasco is the same thing.

Just think about that...

RE: KODAK OFFER/SHAM - PLAN OF ACTION

You guys that thought this camera offer was for real just crack me up with laughter. It was obvious that someone had hacked into the Kodak website and put this crazy camera offer on there. Ask yourself a simple question.....Why was there no link to the webpage apart from the one on this forum ???? Let me guess....... Probably because someone on this forum wanted a laugh, and knowing how gullible and pathetic you all were, you just fell for it like a pack of penguins.

And the funniest thing is all those people that had the cheek to advertise the camera on Ebay when they hadn`t even got the goods !!! I am sure Ebay and all those people that bid on Ebay for a camera that never existed are not going to be very happy when somebody tells them.
One hilarious advert on Ebay stated that he was only selling this camera because his uncle had bought him a better one !! Oh Please, you should be on the stage !!! LOL
And finally I bet you are wondering about how safe your credit card numbers are, having handed them over to a hacked web page.
Sleep Well !!! God Bless...
