Play usually take no more than a couple of days to process the items for me, the reason jay and silent bob was probably delayed slightly is probably due to the fact that it was no1 on there order list for a while and must have had thousands of orders for it.

There is nothing wrong with plays service, you cant expect them to pay you money back if you get charged tax on the item. Still never had a problem with them as has everyone I know who orders from them, hundreds of orders between us. If you want problems, try ordering from movietyme.

Im going to give it another week or so to see if they respond to me, im starting to get the feeling I am being ignored, then im going to report them to trading standards. Theres enough people complaining on here and other boards for my complaints to hold weight. Its bad enough paying for something which I never received but being charged for somehing which I didn`t want, and then not receiving it anyway is just ridiculous.

I have been polite in all my emails and board postings to movietyme but I am still waiting to hear what is going on, its been over 5 weeks since i was charged for the disc I had cancelled and have had major trouble getting a reply from them via email. I have since started posting on their message board to get a response but still I seem to get ignored by the movietyme peeps and have no idea what is happening. I finally got a lost mail form sent over two weeks a go, but as of now I have no idea if they received it or what they are going to do about it.

its been 21 days since the movie was meant to have been deliverd and so far all I have had is an email saying he will email me with more information after he has looked into it. All I had to do was send 4 emails and post on 4 forums for a reply.
On their website it says that after 21 days you can fill out a lost mail claim sheet, does anyone know where this is?

Movietyme delivery times.
Has anyone had any problems wth movietyme, i had a mail telling me they had sent my dvd and I should have it now, or within 7 days, that was over 2 weeks ago. How long do they usually take from here.
P.S I also cancelled the item about a month before they sent it to me, but they still charged me and sent it anyway :/

Ive ordered loads from them, two things never turned up, they refunded me the money for one and sent me a new copy of the other straight away with no complaints. I ordered about 6 things at once just before christmas and it was on processing for a while so I rang them and informed me that large orderes need to be confirmed before the ship them out, but they confimed my order over the phone and it was posted later that night. I cannot reccomend them highly enough. There service is top class.
