Page 1 of R1 Delivery from Play

I ordered Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back(Region 1) from play about 2 days and they haven`t posted it yet it just says prossesing. Does it take longer because they are region 1 because when I order r2 titles they post them within the next day. ANy1 else had this problem

O yeah and the DVD is in stock.

R1delivery does take longer than the normal R2 stuff. The order will probably only switch to posted just as you receive it.

Play usually take about a week or something to put a dvd in an envelope and post it. This applies to in stock items. This policy applies to both region 1 and region 2 items. I normally have to email them 2 times for each order i make asking what the delay is and each time they apologise but never actually tell me what the delay was. I mean snails must work faster than they do.

Play usually take no more than a couple of days to process the items for me, the reason jay and silent bob was probably delayed slightly is probably due to the fact that it was no1 on there order list for a while and must have had thousands of orders for it.
