RE: Original VCD`s

I ordered three music vcd`s from www.videocds.com at the end of last week and they arrived this week all the way from Malaya via the states.
They even included a free mousemat!
I am content with their service and will probably order from them again.
They have some titles on VCD that I have not seen advertised as being on DVD and they were reasonable priced aswell.

RE: LG DVD/Hi-Fi Home Cinema from Safeway

I bought one of these a few weeks ago from Safeway (It looked like a real bargain fro £299), but was very dissapointed with the sound quality. Also, the video out was composite video rather than RGB through a Scart connector.

I took it back and got a full refund.

Instead I bought a Venturer Home Cinema system from woolies (Toys RUs also do them) for £179.99 and found it much better. I have also been able to hook up my HiFi, TV and Video through it so that sound can be passed all ways.

I suggest you get a refund from Safeway and do something similar!

Music DVD`s and VCD`s

I have recently purchased a Venturer Home Cinema system and I am interested in buying Music / Concert DVDs and VCDs.

Has anyone got recommendations for reliable suppliers with a good choice at a good price?

I bought a Venturer from Woolworths a couple of weeks ago. It plays the Bon Jovi VCDs but won`t play a Bryan Adams CD-i.

I don`t know about rce discs, haven`t got any so far.

I am pleased with the Venturer, especially since it only cost £179.99 and allows me to feed the TV and Video sound through it.

RE: Home Cinema Dilemma

I bought one of the Venturers from Woolworths for £179.99. It sounds great and I have linked up my iDTV and video through it. The TV and video sound only comes through the left, right and sub woofer though. Does anyone know a way to get it to play through all speakers.

Also, I have found that some CD-R don`t want to play on it, any advice?
