hello i feel i ought to put in writing to ask people to be careful when
using these hacks! some must work but they have knackerd my
dvdr 1000 so it is now back at philips to what cost i do not know.
but reading the forum it seems to be philips machines that are most
likely to suffer.

i have knackerd my dvdr 1000 useing the printed hack mine seized up
it is now being repaired cost? BE careful with these hacks they do not
suit all machines

be careful i used hack on philipsdvdr1000 it is now back at the manufactures being put right after seizing up on me!
you could try putting it back the factory set up it is in the book best of luck
