Doc, show me what the guy did that deserved the assault by the police officer. Nothing I have seen from him was threatening. If he was a problem to the police why wasn`t he arrested?

If the guy had done or was doing something wrong he should have been arrested...he wasn`t. Instead he was assaulted from behind by a thug in riot gear and 5 minutes later he was dead. If it had happened the other way round and a police office had died in similar circumstances there would have been an arrest made by now.

For anything under the value of £34 all you need do is ask for a proof of posting chitty at at the PO at the time of posting and you`re covered if it goes missing. I had a parcel go missing at Christmas and got £34 without a problem.
