If its the files I sent to you that `screwed it up` then they were for the Diamante 3000, thats the point of this thread, I did say in the email that I wasnt sure if they would work `for your model` . Apologies if it wasn`t made clear, and I`m glad you sorted it all out.

Agreed Dave, I rang them this morning and sure enough the patch arrived in about ten minutes, thanks.

Yep, I rang the helpline this morning and patch arrived via email in about ten minutes, at last!

Well I have tried for a while to obtain the patch, I`ve emailed the address from the MiCo website, aware it was only a Hong Kong sales address I tried anyway, including in Chinese text,no reply, following a search for Pulse tech centre I emailed a few people from the site and recieved a reply today.
Unfortunately the reply is just a request to ring the helpline!
I`m still waiting for a reply from a couple more emails, but it looks like a call to the helpcentre is the only thing left
