Hi, this is my first post after a long time loitering, i hope it meets the right criteria! I just bought `Margrave of the Marshes` from my local Asda (chatham). On tthe shelf it was marked up at £9.96 but went through the checkout at £5.00!

RE: Welcome my child. Confess your sins.

Whilst staying at a bed & breakfast in Lewes I went out on the p*** and for a curry. When I got back (completely off my tits) I threw up in the bathroom sink. I needed something to push the lumpy bits down the plughole.....the only thing I could find to hand was the landlady`s toothbrush!

RE: New HMV sale

I was in the same situation a few weeks ago in a V Shop...they had Brass Eye (excellent, esp the prisoner`s commentary on `Drugs`!) for a tenner in the BOGOF deal but the rest of the dvds were either rubbish or I already had them. Fortuneatly I spotted a woman who seemed to be having a similar problem so we agreed to split the deal, getting one disc each for only a tenner!

RE: Interview time....

"May the force be with you" - FANTASTIC - I always ended with "thanks for your time" but never again! Just one thing though - did you ever get a job?

RE: E-pilot touch screen remote for £39:99, £30:00 off

This is the same as my Cambridge Audio M1 Multimedia Explorer, just with a different badge!
I can highly recommend it, especially @ £40, but mine doesn`t work with my Pace digibox supplied by telewest......Mrs Dave must have a different model I guess (think mine is the 4000 series).

Thatz DVD

Has anyone used thatz dvd? They seem to have a good collection of used dvds for around £5.99 and I was wondering what the quality was like (scratches etc) and if they are ex-rentals??

RE: spice girls reunion

From the Popbitch newsletter....

" So what was really behind the recent Spice Girls
reunion dinner? Rather than being about the
band re-forming, it was to discuss a a megabucks
offer for a film to be made about the rise of the
band and lives since the split, and which would
involve the girls` discussing their feelings about
each other honestly and openly. Aargh!

Also on the cards is the selling off of their back
catalogue. And a mooted one-off reunion to
mark a special royal occasion next summer...
Prince William`s 21st birthday."
