Sounds like one of those two toe-rag outfits that hire out an old banger they`ve bought. No insurance, probably no tax and when the police turn up all they`ll find is an empty lockup garage.

Surely as a road accident, it should have been reported to the police. Couldn`t the Health and Safety Executive get a look in? A few government departments over them like a rash would get an apology and a refund at the least.

it was reported to the police.. 3 police cars, 2 amulances and 1 air ambulance arrived!!..

the police had the driver in the back of their car for about an hour..
