SACD question

Question, I bought the SACD version of DSOTM on Saturday popped it into DVD/SACD player (connected to Maranz SR5300 amp via optical lead) and no sound from my speakers. I understand I have to connect my outputs from DVD/SACD to my amp but as they are not close don`t want loads (more) cables between TV area and amp. Are there any integrated cables out there that will do the trick (i.e. one lead as opposed to 6) and if so reccomendations would be appreciated

What about the Velodyne VX10 going for £199 in the Power Buy section of the AV Forums. I have one of these and am happy with the performance and improvement it gave to my existing set up!

Blimey now that is what I call service. Ordered the cable yesterday afternoon at 2pm. It was on my desk waiting for me this morning as I arrived for work. Well done BeyondHiFi
