Where is my CD?
WHY have you taken money from my account when you do not have stock?

Once again I am writing to express my absolute displeasure with your utterly
crap level of service.
You have taken money from my account a month ago for a CD which I am still
waiting for in this intervening period you have made no attempt to inform me
WHY the item has been delayed.
Are you aware what a bad name you have in various forums. I am about to post
this on one such forum and intend to warn other would be purchasers to steer
well clear of your company in a word your attitude is S***!
I have recently ordered and received two DVDs via the internet from Florida
the time between ordering and receiving the goods was less than SIX f*cking
days.
Can`t you get you act together!

Either credit my account or send me the goods by no later than wednesday
25th june or I will seek legal advice.
