I`ve been prepared to cut `em some slack in the past despite all the criticism, as they came up with the goods for me, eventually. Till now.
Waited for a month for a dvd described on the website as `usually dispatched within 48 hours`; the day after I emailed splash threatening to cancel it miraculously got sent out.
When it did arrive, to cap it all the jiffy envelope hadn`t been sealed. Somehow the dvd didn`t fall out, and lucky for me no-one in the postal chain wanted it... Very shoddy service.
So thank you Splash, and goodbye.
