My son has borrowed the camera to take some pics of his house and has also got the manual. I have looked on ebuyer where I got it from and it says: Video Format QuickTime MPEG-4. Compression Type JPEG. I don`t know if this helps. The camera is a Sanyo Xacti E6. I might find more info when I get the manual back.

Digital camera video help

I have taken pictures & video with my digital camera. I have managed to view the video on my computer using QuickTime Player because windows media player wouldn`t play them. I have put the pics onto cd and im able to view these on my dvd player. The problem im having is getting the video onto cd, when I try to transfer the video I keep getting the message cant read video file. Is there some way of converting the video files so that I can get them onto cd and play them on my dvd player along with the pictures.

WANTED.Dvd player with macrovision & region disabled

I need a dvd player with macrovision & region disabled codes. If anyone knows of a player on the market which has both of these features I would very much appreciate it. There was one called Tempo but I dont think it is still on the market.I know the alternative is to buy the scart lead but with so many cheap players about these days it might be cheaper if I can find the right player then it would be to buy a player + scart lead.

I would very much like to see this again and if anybody has a copy on tape or could do a copy to disc I would be very grateful. Can anyone advise what dvd-r discs are compatible with the panasonic E50. I bought some Datawrite Premium Inkjet Printable (4x) from SVP and had trouble free recording. I have tried to buy some more but they don`t seem to be available. The ones they have are (8x). I tried some others Datasafe (4x) and Arita (1x) but I had problems getting these to record.I am running low so would appreciate it, if someone could let me know any discs that they use and where to purchase them from.Thanks

Amazon.co.uk.Yamada DVD 5520 Multi-region DVD Player. I bought one £34.99 delivered and it plays everything.Dvd-r & Dvd+r, are no problem with this player. Its nice and slim as well. Buy one, you won`t be disapointed.

Help with Panasonic E50 please.

I have a Pana E50 and I would like to know which are the best dvd-r discs to use and where are the cheapest places to buy them. I have been using Datasafe 4x speed and I have had a couple of problems with recording to the disc. A message appearing to check the disc. I would be interested to know if anyone has had this problem with discs. I would also like to know, when entering titles to dvd-r is it possible to add pictures to the title as you can on dvd-ram. I would like to copy my camcorder films to disc and would like to put pics in the menu.

It looks to me that you have got a result. Can I ask, was the panasonic recorder you saw advertised at Amazon multi-region for £250?. I have been looking all over for a best price panny and thought Amazons was not multi-region. Would you let me know what dvd-r discs you intend to use and where is the best price?.

It is my first digital camera and I`m quite pleased with it so far. I read some good reviews before I purchased the camera and decided a digital camera for under £50.00, I think it was a bargain.
