RE: who should be the new James Bond

James Purefoy is a very realistic possibility.

Ooooohh yes please, I think he`d be fab, sure to make my legs turn to jelly and the baddies tremble. :D :D (we`re twins ;) )

I seem to be amongst a minority who was never that struck on pierce. Absolutely loved Tim Dalton, and James will be just so great.

I can`t stand vibros... well... I just don`t like the feeling of the buzzing! A bloke doesn`t buzz... it just don`t feel right! (Or am I doing it wrong? )
Saves me a fortune on batteries though.

A bit late in the day, but thats just how I feel as well and I don`t like the noise either.

To answer another I`m not into porn either, not against it but just doesn`t do anything for me. Much more fun to play :o

:o blasphemy

Hehe sorry, :p maybe its a bloke thing?

RE: Blockbusters and piracy rant

I think the thing that goads me the most about it is that if there were no DVD piracy, would terrorism stop, organised crime and slavery and whatever else they wish to link to it?

No it wouldn`t. Its just an attempt to attach something to try and tug at people consiences(sp?).

Its purely a selfish attempt to make people feel guilty, when the goal they are seeking to prevent (DVD piracy) would do nothing to help those who are the real victims of the issues that they are using for their own ends.

The truth of DVD piracy is that its intellectual property theft and the person that stands to lose is the person who owns those rights and those that invested in them.

The honest adverts against piracy are those that equate it with stealing.

RE: DVDs altered to reduce chances of mass panic?

The funniest bit on Shaun of the Dead is the extras bit for TV and Airline purposes, we howelled at that!

Shame the rest of it wasn`t so good.

RE: Blockbusters and piracy rant

It is tenous though, surely they can`t expect people to believe that human slavery is anymore related to dvd piracy than potato farmers are for chip pan fires?

Blockbusters and piracy rant

I normally just lurk, but has anyone listened/watched the latest rant in blockbusters lately. You know priracy funds terrorism, organised crime and encourages human slavery? YES human slavery, whatever next?

I couldn`t help but think that the rants are getting like a US election campaign, but do we need this level of extremism in our high street? Does anything go to get your message across no matter how true or tenous?

I`m sure the of the danger of piracy to the industry, but my sympathy wears a little thin when they want to start tugging at the heart strings with dubious claims.

RE: Gamecube-Nightfire, Fifa 2003 & Medal of Honour - £9.99 each !

Thankyou for this

I seem to be born unlucky - trundling down to wherever when a bargain is announced and finding myself starting at empty shelves :-(

But yesterday bought Nightfire, Medal of whatshamacallit and the football one for £25

Well its for the kids... ;-)

Happy bunny! bounce!
