Problem ridding my PC of adware

Hi, my pc has been infected with adware called 180 search assistant and another called The Best Offers. I`ve tried various killers and uninstalling via control panel add remove but no good. Every time I start xp there they are again. Apart from wiping the hard drive and re installing xp can anybody suggest a solution.

I`ve downlaoded a few of the games but cant work out how to get them to work on my k750i, using the data cable I cant find a folder called games. Can someone please enlighten me. Thanks.

80% of the first pack of discs did work, and I`ve now got 2 nice bottles of wine for the return of the un-opened one.

About 6-8 weeks ago tesco was selling their own brand dvds BOGOF. I bought a couple of packs for £9.99 at the time the offer was on. I used some of the first pack and found that they were`nt very good, many of my back-ups didnt play properly so I put the un-opened 25 spindle in the drawer. I uncovered this pack yesterday and took it back today and was given an exchange to the full value £9.99. I wonder if this is something that could be done with all the BOGOFs at Tesco? Not that I would take advantage of this loophole. ;)

Hi, I`ve got an NEC 2500 burner and I buy my blank dvd-rs from svp for about £4.50 for a spindle of 25 ( less than 20 p per disc ), and I`ve never burnt a coaster yet. Why would anyone look elsewhere for discs?

Apart from being an ordinary team, whos capabilities were hyped up a wee bit, the real reason that they were unfortunate tonight was that the beeb comentator managed to get through almost all the game, up until the 83rd minute, without mentioning the world cup win of 1966. From that point England were doomed. No wonder the Non-English are p#*@ed off with Lineker and Co.

I bought the NEC 2500 about 2 months ago. I`ve learned through trial and error how to use it and I reckon you will be getting a bargain at £50. I`ve had no problems backing up DVDs using DVD shrink and/ or Nero. Buy it now :) .

RE: Digital Camera recommendations

I had a 2 MP Olympus stolen earlier this year. It was my first Digital camera so while I did`nt really have anything else to compare it to I was quite happy with it. I replaced it with a 3 MP Nikon Coolpix and I must say that the picture quality is noticably different. It is an excellent compact little camera bursting with features, definately one to have a look at. I find it very easy to use.
