How to get a region free Sony Playstation 2?

So, does anyone knows where can i find that disc, or can someone tell me what should i do with the playstation 1 handset?

How to get a region free Sony Playstation 2?

I have a SP2 (the japanese version) with the dvd driver 1.01. What can I do to watch all regions? Is there a crack, hack disc, chip, anything?
