I`m with orange and have done it every time. When you ring orange upgrades, ask to be put straight though to cancelations. They then offer you their lowest price if not free.

Just a quick note to say that Invitation to Treat is enforce by Fisher -v- Bell (1960) 3 All ER 731, DC, and is the starting point for contractual negotiations and precedes the making of an offer. In teh case of a shop displaying a price, it is merely an invitation for a customer to make an offer themselves for the item in question. It is then down to the vendor to accept teh offer. A shop can therefore refuse the offer and is entitled not to sell teh item, no matter what teh price was which they originally stated. This is a greater authority than any boXXox consumer rights.!!
