RE: buildin a pc

Try www.computerprices.co.uk or www.pcindex.co.uk....one thing though , be wary of a company called Ebuyer as i purchased a cd-rw from them (Plextor) and it was faulty...I managed to get a returns number for it via E-mail but have,nt heard anything off them since I sent it back and their phone is always engaged in office hours !!!!

HELP Firmware upgrade

I just upgraded my Manhattan 2000 firmware for the first time using Scan v2.36. I followed all the instructions to the letter but when i put a dvd in the machine it seems to be playing but there`s no sound or picture...have I killed it or is there something else I should do ?

VCD sound on Manhattan

Please help.....My Manhattan DVD 2000 plays vcd disc fine but for some reason the sync between sound and pictue is off by a few seconds.
Does anyone know how I can adjust it ?........................

Manhattan and dts sound

My manhattan dvd2000 has developed a little problem concerning dts sound playback. On 3 occasions while playing region 1 and 2 discs the sound starts fading in and out and becomes distorted. It does,nt happen with dolby digital sound and the problem goes away if you shut off the machine and restart it straight away. Has anyone else come across this problem on their machines (Manhattan make or other )
