RE: Wharfedale 750 - should I keep it?
Depends how much You`ve got to spend?
How much was the Wharfdale? They used to make reasonable speakers, but not sure about their visual electronics products.
I`d steer clear of them personally!
Get a Sony,Aiwa, Pioneer you can buy them all region free from most decent shops!
Transvestite Anyone?
I`m looking for a decent rear projection TV. I`ve looked at the Sony KP61PS1 but its not widescreen, the alternative is the Toshiba 56WH08B.
Any suggestions, or anyone who has the Tosh?
RE: I need information on Sony HTK-215 home cinema kit
I were you I`d buy a separate AMP, as the the SONY speakers have got bad reviews in all the Mags I`ve read. You probably will still need to buy a DVD, as all thats included is the AMP, and speakers. It depends on what your budget is?
I would try to pick up a cheap Sony 930 Amp, as these have now been replaced by the 940, a reasonable DVD player Sony 325?, and a set of speakers possibly mission?

I also need a good idea to make £3000 quickly?
RE: WHICH PLAYER Sony DVPS735D or Pioneer DV-636D, Thanks
I`ve just gone through exactly the same process, and decided on the Pioneer, mainly due to it better sound playback on Audio CD`s. Richer sounds is the best place if you want region free. The pioneer does`nt look as sleek as the Sony, but I`m very impressed.
Help - Wide Screen Rear Projection TV
I`ve just bought a DVD, and Surround AMP, Pioneer 626, and Sony STRD940 respectively, and a set of mordaunt Short speakers. I`m looking for a decent rear projection TV. I`ve looked at the Sony KP61PS1 but its not widescreen, the alternative is the Toshiba 56WH08B, I`ve bugeted no more than 3000 to spend.
Any suggestions, or anyone who has the Tosh?
