I have given up with the bush WS6672 TV`s. Today I took them back to Aldi and got a refund !. Then went down to tescos and bought the Wharefdale M8 28"widescreen, which is exactly the same TV as the bush but has the screen modes FIXED !
Anyway bottom line is I`m well chuffed with it now, for the money it is still a good TV !
The man at Aldi was not sure about taking them back, but I bluffed it !. I told him customer services admitted there was a problem with the TV and, I could have FULL refund if i wished !. The guy did not understand widescreen at all, and I think i blinded him with science !

If not they will be going back to aldi, and I will go to Tescos and buy the Wharefdale M8 which is the same only in silver and had 4 screen modes !!!

This patch is for the 850 which is a totaly diffrent TV
It is the CTV-890 and the Bush that are the same, and they both share the same remote control ! I have some pic`s of the 890
Just phones bush - and I to got a dizzy blond, but will ring back later, she did say they had had alot of complanets, so maybe if I ring back later they maybe forced to come up with a fix.

There is nothing wrong with the TV, as far as it working !
The Bush WS6672 and the WharefdaleCTV-890 (TESCOS) are exactly the same TV, but the 890 has 4 picture modes insted of the bush`s 2 picture modes
There should be 2 more user settings when you press the 16:9 button !
I am trying to phone Bush and complane, I think you should be able to enter the service menu and turn on these extra picture modes !
Please phone in and complane, the phone no is on the warrenty card !

Does anyone know How you Enter the Service Menu on a Wharfdale CTV-890/ Bush WS6672 ? 28" Wide screen ?
I have bought the Bush and the Zoom menu`s are missing from the screen formats, with the help of chris on the forum, I have come to the conclusion these 2 TV`s are Exactly the same except from the screen formats ?
The Wharfdale has 4 and the Bush only has 2 4:3 & 16:9
The remote controls are Excatly the same also !
Any help would be great !

I have just been to aldi and had a quick look at this bush tv, I could only see it through the stoor room doors, but I was able to get the model no !
