Denon Hack Needed!!!

A friend of mine has just bought a Denon system,including a DVD player-the F100.
Could anyone out there tell me if there is a region hack available for this?

Help Me Connect My DVD Please!!

I am totally lost and dont know where to start!
I`ve just bought a DVD player at last- a Toshiba 100e
How do I connect to my other equipement for the best performance?
I have a Toshiba 32WD98B TV,
A Grundig digi-box,
A Panasonic nicam VCR.
The TV also has a Dolby Digital Decoder Built in so do i have to use these digital cable things or will scart cables do the stuff?
I know i sound thick but i am just a beginner in this kind of stuff!!
Please help coz my head is starting to hurt!!
