RE: My two pence worth in support of SCAN...

That WAS funny, though I never went quite as far as questioning others sexual orientation unlike yourself. Maybe there is something you want to tell us? Perhaps you can help Bear with the humour concept while your there.

The answer to "Do you own a Scan" is `complicated`. Does it have a Scan label, No. Does it have the same innards of a Scan, Yes. So there is a certain `kin-ship` but no doubt you`ll twist that statement in some perverted way. I`ll let you make you own mind up.

FYI: My `Scan-alike` DID work first time. It continues to work. I am very happy with it.

Now FIoFO!

"one day you`ll get some friends and a girlfriend"

I admire your optimism Colin, but somehow I think Bear is a "Troll-4-Life" :-)

RE: My two pence worth in support of SCAN...

He can`t resist barging into other peoples threads because he`s a Troll.

They commonly infect newsgroups and more frequently target forums as a means of attention adding no useful content to the discussion. When asked why they behave in such a manner, responses such as "because I can", or "It`s a free country", or "are you trying to surpress my freedom of speech?" are often heard.

They`re humourless and often can`t make up any jokes of their own, reduced to copying others and changing a word or to. They also often fail to spot when others are ridiculing them.

They often make rash assumptions and statements, or quote statistics proving their point of view, statistics they of course have made up. They also expect their personal opinion to be taken as gospel. Some even claim to be Christ. Failing to agree with a Trolls message is a crime punishable by death or worse.

Anyway, best go, before he comes trolling along, again.
