Well as I said before, this is my first order with boxoffice, so no I havent spent 1000s of dollars with them, but yes I feel that 5 weeks delivery time gives a bad impression and has p***ed me off sufficiently to think twice about ordering from them again.

I placed my first order with DVD box office on 10th May. Everyone was saying on the newsgroup that orders generally take up to a month to be delivered, though I didn`t realise they mean`t from the date of the invoice rather than the date of ordering.

My order was despatched on 23rd - which means they tooks two weeks just to get my order before it was despatched to me! I still havent recieved it yet (15th June today).

I`m sorry, but I think they are crap. I only used them because I couldn`t get the film I wanted in the UK - so from now on I`ll be using play247 only
