This monitor is selling at DABS and Ebuyer etc for around 440+VAT!
PC Pro November Issue gave it a great review when it was at £472+VAT. In their group test is got 6 stars (the highest) and on the Best Value award for that group. The verdict was:VERDICT: A Super-IPS TFT for less than £500. The quality isn`t up to the Eizo, but is a match for many of the more expensive screens

I know you can get cheaper 17in TFTs but I doubt if any of them will have a Super-IPS screen which is only found in dearer screens.

I have just received mine this morning from Monitors Online and am pretty impressed (my previous monitor is a wicked Iiyama Pro 450 19"). I am currently using the Analog connection - cant wait till my DVI cable arrives!

Good spot, though its no good to me as it has a 40ms response time which is far to slow for me :(

Well, I was worried about that but I have played Mafia and Need For Speed Hot Pursuit 2 and it was fine. Obviously not as good as a CRT but (for me anyway) good enough.
Even the PC Pro magazine review gave it a distinction for Game Playing and DVD playback. The only other two monitors in that review to get similar distinctions were much more expensive Eizo and Iiyama ones.

Oh Harry, how dare you do that to me.... now - does the company need a new screen? I think I know the answer.....

AOC with 25ms response time for £319 inc VAT!!!

This is probably more likely to be 25ms rise and 25ms fall time giving a total of 50ms.

Even a £650 Eizo L565 only has a total response time of 30ms!

Then again you never know - it is probably worth clarifying with AOC directly.

They quote it as 25ms response time in the literature on the AOC web site.

The 15" has 40ms response while the 18" has 23ms response.

It only has analogue in though.
