Page 1 of DVD Soon?? Double Discs? Any Good?

DVD soon have got double packs of;
independence day/the abyss
requiem for a dream/pi
i know what you did last summer/i still know whay you did last summer.

all for about £16
does anyone know if these DVD`s are good quality, if the usual extras are on the disc, seems a good deal?

Cant tell you if they are value but after 7 months of constant nagging, they told me that thay couldnt get me my order.They did refund but 7 months interest for them aint bad!! Good luck

Although I have been extremely critical of DvDSoon`s pathetic deliveries, of the four that did eventually arrive, one was the Independence day / Abyss pack
Both are the SE discs containing the original theatre release and the extended SE editions, both are THX mastered and are excellent in every way.
So if you can get them and are not in a hurry they are definitely a great deal.

Ordered "Home Alone" on the 14 December, still waiting to receive it, first and last time I use them. Sent an email last week asking for some explanations, they still haven`t replied, pathetic company if you ask me.

J.C They NEVER reply to emails.

Been using them for 6 months - NEVER had a problem (although now I`ve said it I probably will). I think they specifically say not to e-mail them except via the website.

Greg, I hope I don`t pass on the DvDSoon curse but every one of literally dozens of polite, pleading, begging, angry and apopeltic emails were sent to them using their own customer service ( a contradiction in terms )system on the website and not one received a reply.
Its quite odd that almost half of us have had no problems and the others would never use them again.

NEVER EVER had problems with DVDSOON, top service. Use them all the time.

As I`ve posted previously, JE, it`s quite bizzare that some think they are great and others would not touch them with a barge pole.
I just wonder if perhaps your account gets allocated to an individual and depending on their ability/interest determines the level of service you get.
Any thoughts anyone ?
