http://www.filmsfirst.net have released a few £1.99 DVD`s with free delivery. I`ve ordered Switchblade Sisters and Out Of The Present.

If they are crap .... well it`s only £3.98!

Just had a look, I suppose I should have done beforehand. I agree they seem OK, let`s see how the company perform it`s my first purchase off them.

Made my first order last week for Il Postino at £7.99. Got an email today saying it`s out of stock at their suppliers and they will refund my credit card. Il Postino is listed as being available on their site, but now it`s £9.49. Hmmm.....

Anyway, not impressed, so I`ll be buying it from the consistently reliable play.com instead for 50p extra.

Cool very sorry that we have disappointed you so much with not being able to supply the item you required.Again its very concerning that you are so unimpressed with our site but should you wish to comment on how we can improve our service I would be delighted to talk to you direct.
For your information we have a multi million pound turnover supplying the trade with Rental and Retail product since 1981 and this is our first foray into e-retailing so please be patient and hopefully we can regain your confidence.
By the way i agree Play.com are very consistent and very well run

Kind Regards

refreshing to know that some companies actually care about customer service, and are willing to listen and learn by their mistake, i for one will watch with interest...
well done for the quick and honest reply.

I agree - a very refreshing stance.

Can I suggest that we all chip in on the Retailer Review Forum, where Gary has asked us for suggestions for the best way forward for his company :-)

There`s a prize too (I`ve counted myself out of the equation, before there`s cries of "foul" from people, by the way !)
