Page 1 of Epson 900 Printer under £75

PC world are selling these Photo printers (with Direct CD printing) at half price £74.99.

If buying instore you need the advert from the national press to get the price but you can buy online and save the hassle.

pc world website still showing printer at £149.99

I just looked and it`s £74.99 on the link page. It says offer ends 2.8.03 but when you add to basket it`s £74.99 (+£3.95 delivery).

Anyone know if it`s any good? Presume they`re chipped cartridges?

There is a prog for getting round the chipped carts it resets the counter and tells you when the ink has run out....

Read a review saying it was no good for TEXT printing as quality is poor and slow, and only good for photos etc.

Is this true?

Thanks for the heads up just ordered one :) Not too bothered about the text quality cause i use a laser for text, but it`s great for colour printing and cd printing :)

Offer now ends 02.09.03... anybody know of any good deals on `all-in-one` printer/scanner machine, but not lexmark, as i am p***ed off paying their extortionate cartridge prices?

if its the stylus 900,which i think it is, this machine was given a 5 out of 6 rating in the new computer buyer mag.excellent for photos,but expsve for cartridges.an excellent review though! in fact they said dixons have bought the whole uk supply of this machine!
